Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Our practice does not offer refunds for services that have already been provided. Payment covers the clinical time reserved for your appointment.

 

Cancellations and Missed Appointments

Appointments canceled more than 24 hours in advance may be refunded if prepaid.

Late cancellations and no‑shows are non‑refundable, as the time was reserved for you.

Insurance and Overpayments

If insurance later determines you overpaid, we will issue a refund or apply the amount as a credit to your account.

Telepsychiatry Issues

If a session cannot occur due to a provider‑side technical issue, you may receive a refund or be rescheduled at no cost.

If the issue is on the patient’s side, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.

 

Non‑Clinical Fees

Administrative fees (letters, forms, records) are non‑refundable once work has begun.

 

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days

 

24 Hour Cancellation Policy

We do not want missed appointment fees to be an impediment to your care, so we ask for your mutual respect. When you make an appointment, we block out our schedule for you and ask that you exercise the same consideration when planning your calendar. As a courtesy to my other patients and to me, please provide adequate notice 24+ business hours if you need to cancel an appointment.

 

There will be a $50 cancellation fee charged to your card on file for any cancellations less than 24 hours.
